What is drop-off catering?
We prepare your selected menu and deliver it ready to serve, or you can opt for store pickup. No staff stays on-site, making it perfect for casual events, office lunches, or stress-free hosting.

Do you provide serving equipment and utensils?
We provide the food only—serving equipment and utensils are not included.

How far ahead do I need to order?
Please order at least 48 hours in advance. Our daily cut-off time is 2:30 PM the day before delivery.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum is $150 before tax.

How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are based on your location and range from $25 to $60. The exact delivery cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Edmonton, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Fort Saskatchewan, Devon, Beaumont, Morinville, Calmar, Millet, and Tofield.

If you're located outside these areas, feel free to reach out—we may still be able to accommodate your delivery. Please note that additional fees may apply for extended service areas.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! Just leave a note in the “Additional Details” at checkout or reach out through our contact form if you have questions or special requests.

How long will the food stay fresh?
About 2 hours. For the best experience, serve it soon after delivery (with chafers about 3.5 hours).

What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change! If you cancel 5+ days in advance, you’ll receive a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours will receive store credit, and cancellations made after 48 hours are non-refundable.
